Africa Digital Success (Pty) Ltd ("ADS", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all individuals who interact with our PM Masterclass booking system and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA") and its associated regulations.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information processed by ADS in connection with the PM Masterclass booking website, its booking system, and all related communications and services. We collect personal information only for lawful purposes directly related to the delivery of our PM Masterclass training services. The categories of personal information we collect include:
ADS does not collect or process Special Personal Information (as defined in POPIA s.26) unless you voluntarily provide dietary requirements or accessibility needs for session logistics purposes. We do not collect race, religious beliefs, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or criminal history. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 18.
We process your personal information only for the following specific, explicitly defined, and lawful purposes:

Where you book through a corporate account, your name, job title, email address, track selection, attendance, and certificate status may be shared with your employer's designated Corporate Account Manager or booking contact. By booking through a corporate account, you acknowledge this sharing.
We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or courts where required by South African law, a court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ADS, its employees, clients, or the public.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of ADS's business, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring party, subject to equivalent privacy protections. We will notify affected data subjects of any such transfer.
Where we use service providers outside South Africa, we ensure that transfers comply with POPIA s.72, which requires that the recipient country provides an adequate level of protection, or that we have appropriate contractual safeguards in place. We will disclose which countries are involved on request.
We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Our standard retention periods are:

Our PM Masterclass programmes are designed for working professionals and are not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 18, please contact us immediately at info@africadigitalsuccess.com and we will delete that information promptly.
